Returns Policy

General Products can be returned as we comply with Australian Consumer Law. Personalised products can not be returned unless they are damaged, or unless the work is incorrect and different from the approved proof.

If there is a mistake made on our part we will replace the item.  If the mistake is made by the customer, we will try and fix it if possible this may come at a cost, depending on what is informed, the postage will be at the customers cost.

Returns need to be made withing 7 days of receiving goods.

Goods to be returned to Cambrelle's 53-55 Victoria Street, NHILL VIC 3418, these can either be mailed or delivered to the store.

Please supply copy of invoice that was sent with items, or when order was dispatched.

Shipping will be refunded if the mistake is ours, but if mistake is the customers it will not be.

Credit will be issued when returned goods are received via method of payment.

Please return products as received, as in the original packaging.
